Smoked low and slow, this tender chicken quarter is packed with rich, smoky flavor while staying incredibly juicy. Seasoned with our signature house blend, then finished on the grill for a perfectly crisp, golden skin. Every bite delivers bold BBQ perfection.
We start with smoked shredded brisket and layer with smoked pulled pork, add a butterflied Texas hot link, then top with coleslaw. Not for the small appetite!!
