We had Tig's heat and serve brisket, pork, and smoked mac and cheese for our wedding, and it was so delicious! Us and our guests loved it all. He was so easy to work with and very kind. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!!

I’m a wedding planner and had the opportunity to work with the Tig’s team on an event last night. The food was PHENOMENAL and their staff was incredible.We eat wedding food week in and week out, so you might call me a bit of a wedding food snob - this was really good. I’m craving another plate of that delightfulness and might even need to track the truck down this week to get some more deliciousness!!!!! I highly recommend them for any event needs you might have.
