For years, Tig's BBQ earned its reputation the old-fashioned way - showing up, serving great food, and letting people spread the word. One event turned into another. One customer brought back three friends. Before long, the orange trailer became a familiar sight for anyone searching for barbecue worth the drive.
Today, we are putting down roots in Duluth. The trailer may be retired, but everything that built our following remains the same: generous portions, time-honored recipes, and a belief that good food has a way of connecting people.
This next chapter isn't about changing who we are. It's about having more room for the people who got us here, more seats around the table, and a permanent home for the barbecue our community has come to know and love.
