Our online Tig’s Easter Sale store will open Thursday April 3rd at 7:00 am!
Ordering closes April 4th at 5:30 p.m. unless we are sold out earlier.
Here is what you need to know

1) Pick up for this sale will be between the hours of Noon to 6pm on Thursday April 17th and Friday April 18th . No exceptions! Orders not picked up will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.
2) Double smoked hams are $6.50/lb and will require a non-refundable $25 deposit which will be applied to the balance due at time of pick up. Our apricot glaze will also be available and in a separate container.
3) We cannot guarantee or reserve a specific size ham or turkey for you but will do our best to accommodate your request for “bigger” or “smaller” upon pick up depending on what we have available.
4) We will have packages of brisket, pork, and chicken available. Mac & Cheese, smoked mashed potatoes, smoke Au gratin potatoes and beans will be available by pint or half gallon. Ribs will be available by full racks only.
5) This is a pick-up sale only!
We do not offer delivery or shipping for meats or sides.
Pick-up is from Tig’s shop, 1502 Osage Avenue, Duluth, MN. You will receive instructions about pick-up when your order is placed.
