Tig’s Catering Food Truck and Full-Service Buffet options are typically booked 12 to 18 months in advance and are only available from May 15th to October 15th. If the date of your event is already reserved, please check out our self-serve Heat & Serve option. Catering is only available.

Service

Tig’s will arrive approximately 1 hour before your prearranged 1.5-2 hour service for setup and, during the event, will provide 2-3 employees inside the food truck for you and your guests. Also included are buns, signature Tig’s barbeque sauces, utensils, napkins, wet wipes, serving containers, jalapeños, and banana peppers.

After your service time ends, Tig’s will need approximately 30 minutes for cleanup. Per food service regulations, all remaining meat and sides (excluding coleslaw and potato salad) must be packaged for you at the Tig’s shop. Please make arrangements for pick up on the day of the event.
