Please note that our full-service buffet and Tig’s food truck are highly popular and typically book up to 12-18 months in advance. However, our heat-and-serve option is an excellent alternative. Your order comes conveniently packaged cold, allowing you to easily heat up and serve it at your event so you can enjoy all of Tig’s BBQ deliciousness with more flexibility.
